Heavenly in Ealing Broadway has reopened under a new name and franchisee following a £52,000 investment, with around 25 people expected to be employed at the restaurant.
Formerly known as Heavenly Desserts, the restaurant at 29 New Broadway will reopen on Friday (16 October 2026), following a month-long refurbishment.
The restaurant originally opened in August 2024 and is now run by new franchisee Imran Khan, whose family owns a gelato shop and pizzeria in Italy.
Heavenly confirmed to EALING.NEWS that £52,000 had been invested in improvements to the premises which is expected to employ around 25 people, including staff retained from the previous operation. When it first opened in 2024, the business announced plans to create 22 jobs.
A Heavenly spokesperson told EALING.NEWS: “We have also retained a number of existing team members, allowing us to build on their experience while welcoming new talent into the business.”
The reopening is part of a nationwide rebranding programme which has seen Heavenly Desserts shorten its name to Heavenly, with greater emphasis on brunch and coffee alongside desserts.
Opening hours have also been extended, with the restaurant now operating from 10am daily rather than midday, and later at weekends.
Mr Khan said: “When I heard that the company was rebranding to Heavenly and shifting the focus away from just desserts to brunch and coffees, I knew the time was right for me to get involved.”
To celebrate the reopening, Heavenly is offering free coffee to its first 100 customers on Saturday (17 October), with half-price selected desserts. Selected brunch items will be half-price on Sunday (18 October).
