Dormers Wells High School in Southall has been recognised for “exceptional” inclusion and a strong standard of performance across key areas in its latest Ofsted report.
The inspection, which took place on 3 February 2026, was published on 27 March 2026 under Ofsted’s updated framework, which no longer gives a single overall grade but instead assesses schools across a range of standards.
Inspectors rated the school as exceptional for inclusion, while awarding a strong standard of performance in achievement, attendance and behaviour, curriculum and teaching, leadership and governance, and personal development and wellbeing. Its post-16 provision was assessed as meeting the expected standard.
The report also highlighted a “calm, respectful and purposeful atmosphere”, with pupils learning in a supportive environment shaped by high expectations and a positive school culture.
