Low-cost airline Wizz Air has signed a three-year deal to become the title sponsor of the Ealing Half Marathon.
More than 8,000 runners are expected to take part when the Ealing Half Marathon returns on Sunday 27 September 2026.
The race, which was launched in 2012, attracts competitors from across London and beyond and has grown into west London’s largest running event.
Sandra Courtney, founder and event director of the Ealing Half Marathon, said: “Having Wizz Air join us as headline sponsor in 2026 is a genuine milestone – not just for the event, but for everyone who has run, volunteered, or stood on the pavement cheering a stranger on.”
The sponsorship will also see the race become part of the airline’s WIZZ Run Series, which links a number of running events across Europe.
