As the nation came together for Remembrance Sunday on 10 November 2024, residents, clergy, MPs, councillors and the armed forces across the borough commemorated and showed their respect to those who fought for the country in war and those who died in their fight for freedom.
Sunday saw parades and services to honour Remembrance Day in Greenford, Southall and Ealing with MPs, councillors and leaders from Ealing Labour, Ealing Liberal Democrats and Ealing Conservative political parties attending the various events.
In Ealing town itself, a service at Ealing Green War Memorial which is located in front of Pitzhanger Manor by Walpole Park took place.
