Local residents and community partners are being invited to take part in an open debrief on the 2025 summer season at Gunnersbury Park and Museum on Friday (14 November 2025), with sessions scheduled for 3pm, 4.30pm and 7pm.
Over recent years, Gunnersbury Park, jointly managed by Ealing Council and Hounslow Council, has increased its calendar of concerts and cultural events and said it wants to engage with locals to “share ideas to help shape an even better 2026 season”.
The meetings aim to bring together neighbours, event organisers, and representatives from the London Boroughs of Ealing and Hounslow, as well as the Gunnersbury Park management team, to reflect on this year’s programme and discuss improvements for 2026.
Each session will focus on key areas including sound management, environmental sustainability, resident liaison, and traffic planning – areas of concern to locals over events at the park.
Organisers describe the debrief as an opportunity for residents to share their experiences and contribute ideas to help balance large-scale public events with local quality of life.
The sessions will be informal and open to anyone who wishes to attend. Admission is free, and tickets can be booked at visitgunnersbury.org/residents/public-meetings
