Four people were treated by paramedics after a fire broke out at a house converted into flats in Hanwell on Sunday (6 April 2025) night.
The London Fire Brigade said four engines and around 25 firefighters were called to the incident on Cowper Road shortly before 9pm. Crews from Southall, Acton and Heston fire stations attended.
The fire caused damage to most of the first floor and loft space of the mid-terraced property. Four people left the building before firefighters arrived and were treated at the scene by the London Ambulance Service.
A 32-metre turntable ladder was deployed as an observation tower, allowing the incident commander to monitor the fire from above as crews worked to contain it.
The fire was brought under control by 10.13pm and there were no reports on any injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
