Residents will start moving into 92 new Ealing Council homes in Northolt from the middle of this month (July 2026) following the completion of Northolt Grange.
Built by Hill Partnerships with funding support from the Greater London Authority on the former Northolt Grange Community Centre site in Rushdene Crescent, the development includes 84 homes for London Affordable Rent and eight shared ownership homes.
Alongside one and two-bedroom flats, the development includes 11 three-bedroom family houses – two designed for four-person households and nine for five-person households.
Weekly rents for the London Affordable Rent homes are £206.87 for a one-bedroom property, £219.02 for a two-bedroom property, £231.18 for a three-bedroom property and £243.35 for a four-bedroom property, with service charges included.
The eight shared ownership properties are all four-bedroom houses designed for six-person households. Each has a market value of £675,000, with buyers able to purchase an initial 25% share. The homes are council owned and will be marketed by Red Loft, initially targeting local buyers.
According to Ealing Council, there are currently around 6,000 families on its waiting list for a council home.
Councillor Louise Brett, Ealing Council’s deputy leader and cabinet member for safe and genuinely affordable homes, said: “It’s fantastic to see residents now moving into Northolt Grange and making these new homes their own. After all the hard work that has gone into delivering the development, it’s wonderful to see people beginning an exciting new chapter in a place they can call home.”
