Eight-apartment Acton development put up for sale

A partly-built development of eight apartments in Acton has been put on sale for offers of around £2 million after Law of Property Act (LPA) receivers were appointed on 13 April 2026.

Watling Real Estate has been instructed to market the freehold site at 34 Creswick Road which has planning permission for six two-bedroom and two one-bedroom homes.

The original property has already been demolished and a reinforced concrete basement constructed. Watling said the Community Infrastructure Levy has also been paid in full.

Tom Colyer, associate director at Watling Real Estate, said the development offered “a valuable head start” for a buyer, with demolition and basement works already completed.
