Acton opticians Specsavers has been awarded ‘Best Customer Service on the High Street’ by judges from Acton Business Improvement District (BID).
Following a series of mystery shops across businesses in Acton, the BID judges decided Specsavers delivered the best in class for customer service.
Sneha Pancholi, director and dispensing optician supervisor at Specsavers Acton, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled with this Award. It means so much to each of us. We strive daily to ensure that customers’ expectations are met, both from a clinical and customer journey perspective.”
