Acton’s Gunnersbury Park will host a new four-day music festival next summer as Rock N Roll Circus makes its London debut.
The event will run from 22 to 25 July 2027 at the park, which is jointly owned by Ealing Council and Hounslow Council.
Rock N Roll Circus, which launched in 2022 and runs festivals in Sheffield and Norwich, combines live music with circus performances.
Organisers have not yet revealed the line-up for Gunnersbury Park, but say the first acts and full event details will be announced “soon”. Previous Rock N Roll Circus events have featured Richard Ashcroft, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, The Streets, Self Esteem and Queens of the Stone Age.
As well as shows on each day, there will be circus workshops with the National Centre for Circus Arts, while a second stage will feature emerging musicians.
Ali O’Reilly, festival director at Rock N Roll Circus, said: “Bringing Rock N Roll Circus to London is a huge moment for us. Since we first launched the event, we’ve always had ambitions to grow the Circus, but it has been really important that we do that in the right way and in places that feel like a natural home for what we do.”
David Bowler, chief executive of Gunnersbury Museum and Park, added: “Gunnersbury has a proud history of bringing people together, and we look forward to working closely with the Rock N Roll Circus team as they bring their established mix of live music, performance and entertainment to West London.”
