Three Ealing Wetherspoon pubs cut prices for January

Pub-goers across the borough are being offered discounted drinks and meals as three Wetherspoon pubs launch a January Sale, with reduced prices available for the first half of the month.

The promotion runs from this Friday (2 January 2026) until 15 January 2026 at The Red Lion & Pineapple in High Street, Acton, The Sir Michael Balcon in The Mall, Ealing, and The Greenwood Hotel in Whitton Avenue West, Northolt.

Among the headline offers is a pint of Worthington’s beer priced at 99p. A range of other drinks has also been discounted, including 250ml glasses of Coldwater Creek wine in several varieties for £2.99. Johnnie Walker Black Label and Tanqueray London Dry Gin are available at £2.29 for a 25ml measure with a mixer.

The sale includes a wide selection of low and alcohol-free options. Drinks such as Guinness 0.0, Corona Cero, Brewdog Punk AF, Stella Artois Alcohol Free, Erdinger Isotonic, Thatchers Zero, Koppaberg Alcohol Free and Gordon’s 0.0 Pink Gin are priced at £1.69.

Food is also included in the promotion. Customers can choose an 11-inch Margherita pizza or a chicken burger for £4.99 with a soft drink or £6.52 with an alcoholic drink. A range of jacket potatoes, including new gourmet loaded options, is also available at reduced prices.

The Red Lion & Pineapple manager Alessandro Piano said: “Department stores and shops hold their sales in January, so it is the perfect time to have a sale in the pub too.”

He added: “The range of drinks and food on sale is aimed at suiting a wide variety of tastes. We have included a large selection of low and non-alcoholic drinks.”
