Co-living tower opens in North Acton

A new 32-storey co-living development featuring 462 studio apartments for rent has opened in North Acton, becoming one of West London’s tallest residential towers built using modular construction.

To mark the launch of Enclave: Acton, located opposite North Acton Underground station, an open day is being held on Saturday (15 November 2025) featuring workshops, talks and community activities for residents and visitors.

The site was previously occupied by the Castle pub, which closed in 2020 and was later demolished to make way for the new housing development.

Enclave: Acton, was developed by Outpost Management in partnership with Tide Construction, HTA Design and BlackRock’s real estate division. It took 18 months to complete using prefabricated units manufactured offsite by Tide’s sister company, Vision.

Rents start from £1,975 per month. Outpost Management said the studios are available on an all-inclusive basis, which includes Wi-Fi and access to shared facilities.

The development includes five floors of communal amenities including co-working areas, a gym, a cinema and a spa, along with a rooftop terrace on the 32nd floor.

Troy Tomasik, chief executive of Outpost Management, said: “We’re excited to open Enclave: Acton, our latest London development and the fourth in our growing portfolio of Enclave assets alongside King’s Cross, Croydon and Birmingham City. This vibrant new community reflects our commitment to creating high-quality homes that empower residents to live productively, healthily and happily.”
