Fairview New Homes has launched a new development in Southall as part of the area’s continuing regeneration.
Southall Grove, located near Southall Park, offers 108 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments priced from £320,000. Two-bedroom homes start at £425,000, with three-beds from £550,000. The first residents are expected to move in from next month (November 2025).
Located a 13-minute walk from Southall station, the development offers direct connections to central London via the Elizabeth line, reaching Paddington in 17 minutes. The apartments feature large windows, white matte finishes and 22 different floorplans, with the largest three-bed measuring 1,442 sq ft.
According to Fairview, each home has an EPC rating of B and includes energy-efficient measures such as air-source heat pumps, rooftop solar panels and water-saving fittings. Kitchens come with quartz worktops and integrated appliances, while bathrooms feature chrome fittings and bright white tiling.
