Property developers Kisiel Ltd have been named House Builder of the Year at the 2025 London Master Builder Awards for their Fairstone Apartments project in Ealing.
The development, built on a disused Network Rail brownfield just off the A406, was recognised as part of the Federation of Master Builders’ annual celebration of property across the capital.
Located on Inglis Road, the development contains 21 build to rent apartments. Judges were impressed with how it makes the most of its space and architectural design across three residential blocks.
Speaking to EALING.NEWS, Annie Summun, director of public affairs at Kisiel Group, said: “The Kisiel team were thrilled to receive the Housebuilder Award at the MBAwards in London. It is hugely rewarding to see the quality of our work recognised by a panel of independent judges, especially as this development had a complex roof design which is its outstanding feature.”
Judge Peter Keates called it “a great use of land to provide such nice-looking properties,” while Richard Hibbert noted its “unusual design with plenty of challenges.”
Laura Gerokostas of SMC Property, the client on the scheme, added: “Kisiel’s professionalism and quality keep us coming back… the completed works reflect the high standards we value.”
Kisiel Ltd will now go on to compete for the national title at the Master Builder Awards in Manchester this September.
