A new campaign to increase conversations around mental health has been launched by Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow Mind (HFEH Mind) and is seeking 30 businesses and community groups in each borough to be involved.
The mental health charity is aiming to generate 30,000 conversations and comes ahead of National Mind’s Time to Talk Day taking place on 6 February 2025.
Among the partners in Ealing involved in the campaign include the local Mind store and Ealing Eagles Running Club.
HFEH Mind is calling on more businesses and community groups to get involved in its campaign which it says aims to help raise awareness around mental health and destigmatise it.

Nicholas Smith, head of marcomms, HFEH Mind said: “Communities are made up of their residents and their local businesses and community groups, being able to unite those to share and spread mental health wellbeing information and signposting is a dream come true for us.”
Mr Smith added: “We have a real opportunity to make sure our services are known to anyone who is struggling with their mental health and ensure they get
the help that they deserve, by sharing stories from around our communities to help destigmatise the topic of mental health.”
