Speaking to EALING.NEWS, Young Ealing Foundation CEO Elly Heaton, said: “This year’s awards have been absolutely incredible and every year they seem to get even bigger and better. Ealing is full of talented young people and innovative and dedicated youth professionals at the Young Ealing Foundation believe its important to celebrate and acknowledge all that hard work.”
Ms Heaton added: “It’s really tough out there at the moment and young people are facing the worst of it. The young people being celebrated through our Awards are supported by a cast of thousands from the voluntary sector, but also from the statutory sector and the private sector groups who are stepping up to fill the void left by 15 years of cuts to public services. They’re finding creative ways to do more and more with less and it is a privilege and a pleasure to work with all of them to deliver the best possible services to every child and young person in the borough.
A huge thank you to all our brilliant nominees, hosts, presenters and performers and also to our sponsors Old Oak Common and Park Royal Development Corporation, Freshwater Foundation, Kirby Group, Miindfulness and Lets Leap Sports Academy. See you next year.”
