Thousands of runners from across Ealing and the UK have taken part in the 12th Ealing Half Marathon which saw John Fielding (Ealing Southall Middlesex AC) and Hattie Freeman (Clapham Chasers) win their respective men and women categories.
The 13.1 mile course started and finished in Lammas Park and took in parts of Central Ealing, Montpelier, Pitshanger, West Ealing, Hanwell and St Stephens.
As well as the runners thousands of people lined the streets of Ealing to cheer on those competing.

Over £100,000 was raised for local and national charities which included event partners Meadow House Hospice, Macmillan Cancer Support and Shooting Star Children’s Hospice.
Race director Sandra Courtney said: “The atmosphere today was simply electric. Ealing is known for its supportive community, and once again, the residents and spectators came out in full force. The runners gave everything they had, and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. I want to thank our volunteers, partners, and everyone involved in making this year’s race unforgettable.”
As well as the main half marathon, younger runners took part in the Ealing Mini Mile.
Plans are now underway for the 2025 Ealing Half Marathon which will take place on 28 September 2024. To sign up click here.
