Santa Claus is coming back to Ealing town

Santa Claus will once again be setting up his grotto at Ealing Broadway shopping centre this Christmas, with tickets now on sale for the centre’s popular festive attraction – including Christmas Eve visits.

Running from 14 November 2025 until 24 December 2025, the grotto will be open on select days, giving children the chance to share their Christmas wishes with Santa and receive an early present.

Families can expect a festive wonderland complete with glowing candy canes, glittering stars, snowy mail sacks and friendly snowmen. A professional photographer will also be on hand to capture the moment, with keepsakes ranging from printed photos to keyrings, baubles and snow globes.

For those who may find the experience overwhelming, quiet sessions for children with autism or additional needs will run every Sunday morning between 11am and 11.30am.

Andrew Rollings, Centre Director at Ealing Broadway, said: “Santa’s Grotto is one of the highlights of the year at Ealing Broadway, and we’re delighted to be welcoming families back more magical Christmas moments – complete with twinkly lights, giant candy canes, mischievous elves and that cosy winter-wonderland feel.”

Tickets are £7.50 per child plus a £1.50 booking fee per family, with advance booking required via bookfatherchristmas.co.uk/EalingBroadway
