A new resource for adults, offering learning, training and help finding work, has opened at Ealing Council’s Perceval House headquarters in Ealing Broadway.
Run by Learn Ealing, the service opened last week (29 July 2026) in the building’s ground-floor atrium. The hub also connects remotely to other learning zones across the borough, enabling the same sessions to be delivered at multiple locations.
Ealing Council said the network, launched in Northolt in 2022, has supported more than 1,000 residents and delivered 2,566 qualifications and other training outcomes.
Courses include English, maths, digital skills, English for speakers of other languages, family learning, creative arts and languages.
The new facility cost £1.405 million, with Ealing Council providing £727,580 and the Greater London Authority contributing £677,420.
Councillor Peter Mason, leader of Ealing Council, said the hub would give local people “the skills, confidence and support they need to get good, well-paid jobs”.
