Housing association giant Sovereign Network Group is offering shared ownership homes at its latest development in Park Royal.
The Restory, near to Park Royal’s Central Middlesex Hospital and Asda, consists of 134 shared ownership homes and 24 affordable rent homes and will be ready to move into from spring 2025.
The shared ownership apartments are a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and prices start from £80,625 for a 25% share of a one-bedroom apartment with a full value £322,500
The redeveloped Edwardian building will also offer workspace for local residents and business to rent.
