Greenford High School is celebrating its best ever post-16 results today (13 August 2026) after a third of A-level grades awarded to students were A or A.*
A total of 236 students took exams at the school this year, with 33% of A-level results graded A*-A and 60% at A*-B.
Among the highest achievers was Vishaani Rajasegaram, who received four A*s.
Ayuub Ali, Kareem Marey, Mohammad Qadri, Tanvi Sharma and Krianshu Yadav each achieved three A*s.
A further group of students achieved A*-A grades across all of their subjects.
They were Huda Ahmed, Ayuub Ali, Hamza Altaleb, Maira Baig, Ahmad Bakhtiari, Danya Berhe, Kiran Bhachu, Sartajpal Bholowasia, Laiyla Biant, Patricia Chioran, Isha Chopra, Shayaan Ghaziani, Aysha Gunes, Janki Kakar, Ali Khlief, Sunmeet Madan, Kareem Marey, Rakshiha Mohan, Zuhayer Morshed, Mohammad Qadri, Wajiha Rahman, Vishaani Rajasegaram, Amaal Rizvi, Amrita Sangha, Gurleen Sarna, Sweta Selveswaran, Simona Sharma, Tanvi Sharma, Binedeep Singh, Daksan Sinnathamby, Thrifina Thevarasa, Jasveen Vedi, Krianshu Yadav and Mudaser Yousufy.
The school also reported particularly strong results in maths, with almost half of its 100 A-level Maths students achieving an A* or A.
In Further Maths, 71% of grades were A* or A, while the figure was 42% in History and 40% in Computing. More than a third of Physics grades were also A* or A.
Students taking BTECs also achieved top grades, with Kalthum Hamume, Julia Kowalska, Lamees Al Sha’ar, Gurkirat Bhachoo, Aisha Hussien and Aishpreet Panesar each receiving triple Distinction*.
Another 32 students achieved at least triple Distinction: Zainab Abdi, Farah Al Athoub, Daniel Albert, Sumaya Aydid, Ruchi Bala, Riya Birdi, Arjan Brar, Hardeep Chopra, Rayan Elmi, Ambika Gautam, Ifrah Hassan, Nathai Henock, Ahlam Hussein, Yashal Jemsath, Karini Joharaj, Harshmeet Juneja, Dilsheen Kaur, Jasmeet Kaur, Alisha Khan, Rafia Khan, Yash Kharal, Sarah Kotob, Saffin Majed, Lydia Mehari, Kanchan Nepal, Rumta Odisho, Huda Omar, Nemma Rasa, Tharnish Rasaratnam, Pranaya Ratheesananda, Mukhtar Roopra and Rehnoor Sethi.
Greenford High School said students will now go on to universities including the University of Oxford, Imperial College London, UCL and the London School of Economics, as well as other Russell Group universities.
