A new £1bn data centre is coming to Park Royal after warehouse and industrial property owner SEGRO announced a joint venture with data centre operator Pure DC.
The 50:50 joint venture will be SEGRO’s first fully fitted data centre which is expected to be leased to one of the large cloud hosting providers. Construction work is set to start in 2026 following planning approval. The new 30,000 sq m data centre, located at SEGRO Park Premier Road, is expected to be completed by 2029.
