Banking giant Natwest Group has confirmed its Southall Western International Market and Park Royal Natwest branches will be closed down later this year.
Its Southall Western International Market branch located at Unit NCG1, Western International Market, UB2 5XA will close down on 5 September 2024 while Park Royal at 1 Abbey Road, NW10 7YQ will see its last day on 24 July 2024.
The two locations are among more than 60 Natwest and RBS branches which its parent company, Natwest Group has said it will shut down this year.
On its website, Natwest said changes in the way people are banking is leading to it needed to make make changes to its physical locations. The bank said: “Banking has changed dramatically in recent years, with an increased demand for mobile and online services, as our customers benefit from a faster and easier way to bank. Closing a branch is a decision we take very seriously.”
