Seven arrested after man dies in Southall stabbing

A murder investigation has been launched after a man in his 20s was fatally stabbed in Southall in the early hours of Wednesday morning (10 June 2026).

Police were called at 12:41am by the London Ambulance Service following reports of a stabbing on North Road.

Officers attended with paramedics and two men were discovered injured. Despite the efforts of medics the man in his 20s – who had suffered a knife wound – was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are making enquiries as to his next-of-kin.

Seven men, aged from early 20s to late 30s have been arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder.  Six of the men are in police custody. A seventh man, in his 30s, was taken to hospital, where he currently remains. His condition is not believed to be life threatening.

Detective Chief Inspector Matthew Denby, who is leading the investigation, said: “My thoughts remain with the family of the man who died. “We believe that the two men suffered wounds during an altercation outside a property on North Road.

“I would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time or who has CCTV footage of what occurred. “There is a large police cordon in place on North Road and surrounding streets. This is likely to remain while our enquiries continue, and I want to thank residents for their patience.”

Anyone with information or footage of the incident is asked to contact police on 101, quoting CAD 215/10JUN26, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
