Man arrested in Acton with 80 class A drug wraps

Metropolitan Police have arrested a man suspected of dealing drugs in the Morrisons car park in Acton after officers reportedly found dozens of suspected Class A drug wraps.

Safer Neighbourhoods officers detained the male earlier today (11 March 2026) following reports of suspected drug dealing in the area.  Class A drugs include crack cocaine, heroin and crystal meth.

In a post on Met Engage, North Acton PCSO Sarah Kearney said: “Safer Neighbourhoods Officers have today arrested a male with believed to be 80 class A drug wraps on his person, and believed to be dealing in the Morrisons car park and surrounding area. Officers will continue to patrol the area including Springfield Gardens and Twyford Crescent Gardens.”

The arrest follows previous police action at the same location.

In December 2025, police also stepped up patrols around the Morrisons car park after residents raised concerns about suspected drug dealing and anti-social behaviour.

Police are urging anyone who witnesses suspicious behaviour, or has information that could help, to report it by calling 101, or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. In an emergency, people should call 999.
