The Friends Cafe at Ealing Hospital is calling for more volunteers to join its dedicated team – or, as they put it, “sandwich ninjas.” The much-loved cafe, which has served patients, staff, and visitors for over 50 years, is run by the Friends of Ealing Hospital charity.
Volunteers are needed to help with everything from serving customers and preparing food to social media, marketing, and events.
The cafe said it is looking for “anyone who can spare a few hours a week. You don’t need experience – we’ll provide all the training you need.”
