37,000 homes across Ealing are now able to access Vodafone’s new full fibre broadband, after the company confirmed a major expansion of its network across London.
The upgrade comes through a partnership between VodafoneThree and Community Fibre, which will extend coverage to an additional 550,000 homes in the capital. Vodafone says the move makes it the largest full fibre provider in both London and the UK.
For households in Ealing, the expansion will see faster and more reliable internet with download and upload speeds of up to 2.2 Gbps. The service also includes Vodafone’s latest Pro 3 broadband, powered by WiFi 7, which the company claims is up to 60 times quicker than standard connections.
A Vodafone spokesperson told EALING.NEWS: “We can confirm that in Ealing, Vodafone will now be able to provide its full fibre broadband to 37,000 homes in the borough through the Community Fibre partnership. This is on top of pre-existing full fibre coverage Vodafone has with its other partners.”
Vodafone said it will cover up to £100 in exit fees for customers switching from another provider.
