Residents in Ealing from 1 July 2023 have a new way to make a formal complaint about NHS services they get.
Under a new process, the way in which to make a complaint about GPs, dentists, opticians or pharmacy services, which are known as primary care services, will now be reported to NHS North West London instead of NHS England.
People can still make a complaint directly to the healthcare provider such as dental surgery or GP but the commissioner of the service to make a complaint to has changed from NHS England to NHS North West London.

Existing complaints received before 1 July 2023 will still be managed by NHS England while all all new complaints raised on or after 1 July 2023 will be handled by NHS England.
