Woman dies in Southall flat fire

A woman has died following a flat fire at a first-floor property on Fleming Road in Southall on Wednesday evening (12 June 2025).

Firefighters from Ealing, Northolt and Wembley stations were called after London Fire Brigade’s Control Officers received the first of eight emergency calls at 7:52pm. Crews arrived and brought the blaze under control by 9:03pm.

Despite efforts to save her, a woman was pronounced dead at the scene by London Ambulance Service paramedics. Her identity has not yet been released.
