A new collection of shared ownership homes has been launched in North Acton, just off the A40.
SO Resi, part of housing association Metropolitan Thames Valley, has released 45 one- and two-bedroom apartments aimed at first-time buyers seeking a route onto the property ladder.
The homes are offered through the shared ownership model, allowing buyers to purchase an initial stake of between 10% and 75%, with the option to increase their share over time. Prices start at £115,000 for a 25% share of a one-bedroom flat, based on a full market value of £460,000.
