Property management agents Rendall & Rittner has taken over the management of West Ealing development 127 West Ealing.
The building owned by TT Group and located at 119-127 Gordon Road, West Ealing was the site of a former BT telephone exchange.
The three block housing development consists of 106 private apartments and 36 social housing appointments for housing association Octavia Living. One block is for social housing, one mixed private and shared ownership and one is private only.
As well as homes, the development features onsite facilities including concierge, residents’ lounge, co-working space and four gardens.
