New homes completed at Green Man Lane estate regeneration

Housing association giant A2Dominion and its joint venture partner Rydon Construction have completed 23 town houses which were built for sale at West Ealing’s regeneration of the Green Man Lane estate.

The homes, were sold for £1,020,000 each, and A2Dominion told EALING.NEWS that any profits from A2Dominion’s share are reinvested into improving its customers’ homes and services, as well as providing new homes.

The new homes development of Green Man Lane estate, which started in 2010, has seen 464 homes replaced with more 900 affordable rent, shared ownership and market sale homes along with a new community cafe, primary school and play areas.

Chris Ives, managing director of development & regeneration at A2Dominion, said: “We’re pleased to complete the latest phase of this transformative project. The new modern town houses complement the diverse housing offering at the Green Man Lane estate and provides much-needed sustainable family homes in West Ealing.”

Eddy Tipping, construction manager at Rydon Construction added: “We are delighted to have worked alongside A2Dominion to deliver these high-quality, energy-efficient family homes at the Green Man Lane estate. The regeneration of Green Man Lane is a fantastic project, and we are proud to be part of its ongoing transformation, enhancing the local community in West Ealing.”
