The time it takes to sell a property in Ealing can be as little as 99 days in UB2 or as long as 124 days in W5, data crunched by Property Solvers has revealed.
The house buying firm revealed the time taken to sell through its speed of sale tool showed that W5 and UB5 are the slowest in the borough when it comes to property sales while UB2 is the only Ealing postcode here homes sell for under 100 days.

The data, updated monthly between February 2023 and February 2024, tracks the time a property is first listed on Rightmove to being marked as officially sold at the HM Land Registry.
Ruban Selvanayagam of Property Solvers told EALING.NEWS: “The UB1 and UB2 postcodes appear to have a higher velocity of sale as there tends to be more cash buyers in these areas, thereby avoiding the delays that often come with financing a property purchase with a mortgage.”
He added that on other areas taking longer: “Whilst we’re starting to see some noticeable improvements into 2024, the continued pressures on the mortgage sector and buyers’ ability to secure the right kind of finance has resulted in delays with sales completing.”
