Clifton Lodge School in Ealing has become part of the independent education provider Blenheim Schools.
The school, which opened in the early 1980s, educates boys and girls aged three to 11 and is among 12 schools to join the group. Blenheim Schools operates a number of independent schools across the UK and supports more than 1,100 staff.
Clifton Lodge will continue to operate from its site on Mattock Lane, where it has served local families for more than four decades. It provides education from nursery through to Year 6.
Michael Belsito, head of Clifton Lodge School, said: “We are delighted to join the Blenheim Schools family. It provides our pupils and colleagues with new opportunities and connects us to a supportive network of like-minded schools, all committed to providing high-quality education.”
Richard Power, UK chief executive of Blenheim Schools, said the organisation would work with the school to develop its provision while retaining its local character.
