Metropolitan Police have urged residents to secure their homes after jewellery was stolen in a burglary at a house on Montpellier Road, reported to have taken place between 2pm on Sunday 28 December 2025 and 7.50pm on Monday 29 December 2025.
Posting on the Met Engage platform, PCSO John Michaelides from the Ealing Common Safer Neighbourhoods Team said the burglars gained access through a rear garden. He revealed: “The intruders entry method was by gaining entry via the rear garden to the 1st floor bedroom. Causing damage to two windows.”
Police are appealing for information from anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the area during the period in question, or who may have information about people involved in burglaries or the handling of stolen goods. Information can be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
PCSO Michaelides added: “Please consider the security of your own home, use all locks on your doors, property mark electronic goods and retain a note of serial numbers and the IMEI number of your families mobile phones. Your Safer Neighbourhood Team (Ealing Broadway SNT) can give you more information on property marking and home security.”
