A 41-year-old man from Ealing has been convicted of outraging public decency for exposing his penis by urinating in a drain in Brighton as well as driving over the alcohol limit last year on 18 June 2022.
Ajmal Aminzai of Ashbourne Parade in Ealing pleaded guilty and received a £40 fine for exposing his private parts towards members of the public when he was urinating.
He was also banned from driving for 19 months and fined £120 after being caught in Kings Road, Brighton while over the alcohol limit on the same day. The legal alcohol limit is 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath. Aminzai’s level was 65 micrograms per 100ml.
Aminzai was also ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85 as well as an additional £64 surcharge
