Two men including one from Acton have been charged by Metropolitan Police with the murder of Tyreece Scott in Hounslow.
Duarra Abdi, 19 of Western Avenue, Acton and Ben Laing, 23 of De Brome Road, Feltham were arrested at Stansted Airport on Friday (19 January 2024).
Both men were charged for murder today (21 January 2024) following an investigation after Tyreece was found with a stab wound in Grove Road in Hounslow at around 00:15am on 16 January 2024 and despite emergency services providing first aid, the 24-year-old died at the scene. A post-mortem on 18 January 2024 confirmed he died as a result of a stab wound to the chest.
Laing was also charged with being involved in the supply of drugs and Abdi was also charged with possession of a bladed article.
Abdi and Laing will appear in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on 22 January 2024.
