A popular Greenford pub on Horsenden Lane North could be at risk of closure after its owner confirmed it is consulting staff over its future.
Greene King, which owns The Ballot Box, has launched an internal staff consultation as it considers a potential closure.
Operated under the Hungry Horse brand, the pub also includes a Wacky Warehouse indoor soft play and an outdoor play area.
A spokesperson for Greene King said: “We can confirm that a consultation is underway at the Ballot Box in Greenford as a potential closure is considered. Making the decision to close a pub is never an easy one and multiple factors are always considered before a final outcome is agreed.
“The team at the Ballot Box has been notified, and our main focus is on supporting our team members at this time. No final decision has been made with regards to closure at this stage, and the pub remains open and trading as usual.”
