Ealing businesses win big at West London awards

Businesses and organisations from Ealing were among the winners at the 2026 West London Business Awards, with Park-Royal based cookie maker Doughlicious collecting four prizes at the ceremony.

The 13th awards event took place at Twickenham Stadium on 27 February 2026 and was hosted by comedian Shappi Khorsandi. Organisers said more than 400 people attended, bringing together firms from across west London to recognise growth, innovation and community impact.

Doughlicious won Manufacturing/Design Business of the Year and Park Royal Business of the Year, and its team also took two individual honours: Nishita Rai was named West London Hero, while founder Kathryn Bricken received West London Business Leader of the Year.

Ms Bricken said: “Congratulations to Nishita on winning West London Hero, championing our people and ensuring we scale with integrity. I couldn’t be prouder. Five awards is incredible. But building something special with people you truly believe in? That’s the real win. Winning the Business Leader of the Year category means a huge amount, not because of the title but because of what it represents.”

She added: “To me, leadership isn’t about accolades. It’s about creating an environment where brilliant people feel supported and genuinely excited to grow. This recognition belongs to the whole team. Thank you to West London Business for an unforgettable evening.”

Other Ealing winners included Valueleaf Global, which took Business and Professional Services Company of the Year and the One to Watch award. Tastes Good Does Good was named Innovative SME of the Year, Southall’s The Green Quarter won Socially Responsible Corporate of the Year and Edwards scooped Logistics Business of the Year.

Andrew Dakers, chief executive of West LondonBusiness, said: “The calibre of this year’s winners demonstrates why West London continues to be one of the most dynamic economic regions in the UK. From innovative SMEs and inspiring entrepreneurs to global corporates leading on sustainability and socialresponsibility, these organisations represent the very best of business.”

He added: “At West London Business, we are proud to champion companies that are not only driving growth but also creating meaningful impact in their communities.Congratulations to all our 2026 winners – you are shaping the future of the world’s most connected place.”
