The redevelopment of Ealing’s historic Twyford Abbey site is bringing 68 new shared ownership apartments to Twyford Park, with the first properties now on sale.
The one and two-bedroom apartments are being sold by Latimer, part of housing association giant Clarion, with prices starting at £105,000 for a 25% share.
The first phase includes 40 apartments in Sycamore House, comprising 11 one-bedroom and 29 two-bedroom properties.
One-bedroom apartments have a full market value starting from £420,000, with a 25% share costing £105,000. Buyers would also pay £635.52 a month in rent and an estimated £214.79 monthly service charge, in addition to any mortgage repayments.
The apartments form part of the wider redevelopment of the Grade II-listed Twyford Abbey and its surrounding grounds. The historic building, which has stood empty since 1988, is being restored.
Chanda Chileshe, regional director of sales at Latimer, said: “As part of Latimer’s commitment to delivering affordable homes, we are delighted to be offering apartments with shared ownership in the heart of Ealing’s greenery.”
