A new collection of shared ownership homes is set to launch in Southall this summer, marking a return to the borough for housing association Sovereign Network Group (SNG).
The development, known as Voyage, will deliver a mixture of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments on Merrick Road,
SNG said the scheme is aimed at first-time buyers, young families and commuters seeking a more affordable route onto the property ladder.
Homes will be available through the government-backed shared ownership scheme, allowing buyers to purchase an initial share of at least 25% with a deposit from 5%, while paying rent on the remainder.
Lisa Moran, SNG’s sales and marketing director, said: “We are excited to be able to officially launch Voyage in the heart of Southall. It’s home to a vibrant community, and we’re proud to be contributing premium apartments to one of its most convenient residential neighbourhoods.”
