Housing association giant A2Dominion has hosted a Big Impact Day for the local community at its Orchard Cafe located in West Ealing’s Green Man Lane housing development.
The event, which happened on 4 April 2024, provided an opportunity for its residents and customers to speak to its staff and other experts on a range of local issues and support services which are available to help them including repairs, environmental services and gardening.
Information on how to manage money as well as employment advisers were also on hand to help people looking to be in better control of their finances.
For young children, an arts and craft session was also organised.
According to A2Dominion, it manages more than 3,500 homes across Ealing.
A2Dominion customer Hannah said she found the day useful. She commented: “The session today was really good, I came for a repair and that has been raised and they came to see me in 15 minutes, so I am glad. They are also doing a bulk removal so they will be coming later too.
“It’s really useful to have these sessions because I didn’t have time to go around and do two things, but when I came today I can now get both of them done at the same time.”
